Can a small router be used to change the IP of another device?

I have 2 very unique pieces of equipment that have the same “test port”
IP hard coded from the factory with no way to alter it in the GUI. Can I easily use a small router with NAT settings etc. to effectively create a new IP address for each device so I can connect them both to a certain VLAN?
