I am running windows Office 2000 and when I click on the Network Neighborhood Desktop icon, I get the following error:
Explorer has performed an invalid page fault in module shell32.DLL at 0187:7fce23b3. I have tried everything from PCPitstop (test your computer) to running the “sfc” to cure it as suggested and nothing works.
I have installed and run the latest Norton Works 2002 and it fixed all but this one problem. I would appreciate any help.
PS. I’m not sure if I even have the righttopic choice. I’m not a tech person but love this stuff!!
