Normally I would look u the FCC ID on something like this. This device doesn’t even have one of those! Any help would be immensely appreciated.

The main IC Chip on the board has SAA 7146AH cdo 291 Stamped on it and one of the smaller chips has a Techwell Logo with TW 9903 stamped on it
