Can I change an Outlook file into a...

By maduca ·
I have a lot of Outlook files that I want to move from Outlook to my F: drive. The thing is I dont want them to open outlook when I use them. I would much rather change them into word files. Can I change them all at once without cutting and pasting? Please let me know.

I have the same problem, and have as yet been unable to find a satisfactory solution.

What i have found is that you can drag messages out of the inbox into a folder on the hard drive and the message will be saved by the subject line as a .EML file. Not what you want, and only occassionally useful. At least this way i can keep track of other replies :)
