The Prez wants our customers to get a “nicer” NDR when our server bounces undeliverable mail. I can find nothing in the MS Knowledgebase about customizing Exchange 5.5 NDRs, and I found one reference in a Google search that may be to Exchange 2000 but basically said “Pay MS custom programming”. Seems like it ought to be an option like a custom 404 error. Anyone know if/how it can be done.
