      Yes it is possible but you’ll need the Install Media

      If you already have a copy of the Install Media for Windows 7 that is not a Slipstreamed Copy for a specific Computer like one of the Branded ones then yes you can install 7 without an issue though you will have to wipe the HDD with a wiping utility lirk Boot & Nuke or Kill Disc.

      Your windows 8 is original?
      If your windows is original then you must stick to it only.
      Windows 7 will be better but it will cost money.
