My current system is a 133MHz Pentium with 16MB RAM, a 1-GBhard drive, and a 12XCD-ROM drive. I currently run Windows95 but could upgrade to Windows98 if that would be desirable. Can my PC be upgraded to play DVDs? What is involved in the upgrade and approximately what would it cost?
