If ever i get new findings in my office (in office hours or after that) which is worth publishing then can I go for publishing them. Or my comapny has a stake in that ! Is that ethical to do ? Is it considered good ?
Can I do this without offending my office while benefiting me at the same time !!
Any suggestions !!
