Can I report on my outlook Inbox

By Sam_Might_Say ·
I want to run a report that details the emails I have sent in the last year. I checked out outlook/outlook help and it seemed to have nothing plus I googled to no avail. Is there a program out there that would allow me to run reports on my inbox/sent items? I'm really looking for:
# of Emails sent by recipient
# of Emails received by sender
# of emails sent to internal addresses
# of emails sent to external addresses

That sort of thing

(I am using Outlook 2007 if that helps)

There sure is if you run exchange

but it is reserved for the exchange administrator to use. You would not be allowed that kind of access to a server database.

Standalone, well there must be I would think - needs to read ost / pst type files.

Please Ellaborate

Could you please ellaborate on how the exchange administrator would do this? Is it through the use of a 3rd party application or is there tools within Exchange Server 2007 (our current version)? About what range of data are you able to report on?

If there is a website you can direct me to that would save you the time of explaining it, I'd be happy to read it, either way, thank you for your help so far.
