Can i set up DHCP on nt4 & 2003

At the moment i have a 2003 server acting as a PDC on a network with an old NT4 server as a member server (which was the old PDC until i DCpromed the 2003 one). The NT4 server is running DHCP for the network still.
I have recently installed another 2003 server which is a DC & i wish to transfer DHCP over to it. Can i set up DHCP on the new 2003 DC without stopping it on the old NT4 box & can i run them together if need be.
