SBS 2011: Exchange 2010. Architectural firm.
Since Public Folders are ‘supposed’ to be on there way-out at some point. I want to have a Project Mailbox that staff can CC/Forward emails pertaining to said Project.
BUT, I do not want staff to be able to ‘accidently’ delete any of these emails.
Now, I have in Outlook set Permissions to ‘Reviewer’ and The user was still able to delete. Anything I should be setting/unsetting in Exchange?
