Can I shutdown my workstatiosns

Hi, I wanted to know If I can configure my 175 workstations to shutdown through schdule service after all the computer lab classes have finished. Students just leave the workstations turned on and i want then to be shutdown everyday. Please do tell me the step by step configuration and yes….my workstations are compaq branded PIIs and PIIIs so please tell me how the shutdown + Power Off will be possible to configure in the scheduler service?
