Can I use Norton Ghost to image my failing hard drive

My hard drive is close to total failure and I need to know if I can use Norton Ghost to image the drive. The system has noted It has some bad sectors, but will Ghost overlook those sectors so that I can at least recover the greater portion of the drive. The OS is running OK on the root C:\ partition along with my data partition D:\
