Don't do it.

We originally started with ISA 2000 on DC's only using as a proxy server. We have upgraded to ISA 2006 and now 2003 R2 SP2, and nothing but random intermittent network issues. Users take long time to logon, group policy fails, replicaiton fails, other strange errors - We removed ISA and all troubles went away. We are not forced to look for an alternative Web Filtering solution, since we do not want to deploy multiple servers.

You could install Virtual Server 2005 and run ISA in a virtual server.
