can machine reset its own time ?

I have an IBM laptop and dell PC on my network.
Whenever I set the time of these 2 machines it alays resets itself to 3 hours and a few minutes ahead.
All my servers have the correct time and I never put a time sync on the machines.
So why would this happen ?

We also have another 2000, and two 98 machines that are running perfectly.
