I am interested in building a career around cloud technology and Microsoft Azure, but I am not sure where I should begin. I have been looking at different Azure certifications and came across AZ-900 as an entry-level certification focused on fundamental cloud and Azure concepts. Before moving toward more specialized areas, I want to understand whether learning the fundamentals can help me develop a better understanding of Azure services, cloud computing, security, pricing, and management. I am planning to use Microsoft Learn and other educational resources to build my knowledge before moving on to practice questions and revision. I am also considering Cert Empire as an additional practice resource to test my understanding after studying the main topics. For people who started their Azure journey with AZ-900, how did you structure your learning and what did you focus on before moving toward advanced Azure skills?
