Can not access anything on localhost

I host a few websites off of my home machine. I have done so for the last 3 years with no problems. Suddenly, I have lost access to anything relating to localhost. I can not access any web pages via browser using my ip or my localhost address. I can not figure out what the deal is. I tried restarting IIS several times as well as dis-enabling my firewalls. still no luck. Anybody have any ideas
