I am having an issue with making an meail I received to HTML, but everyone else on the distribution list can convert it to HTML. I tried to remove the OST and recreate it and that didnt work. We do have a GPO set to change all messages to plain text, but all HTML messages sent to me I am able to click on the security bar to change it to HTML at the top of the message. We are using Outlook 2010. I was able to convert these message up til about a week or 2 ago.
