Can not log in dimacally???!!!

I recenctly installed Norton Ghost on my Windows XP system. I have not used it and now I can’t log in to my computer using the account that I was using when I performed the installation. That account was a local acount ( I am not in a Domain ) I hadto use the Administrators account to log in because I kept getting the following message: “Local Security settings does not permit you to log in dinamically”. I am not using any remote services as far as I know. Any idea what this is about?
