Can not open some Pictures?

I have been having trouble opening some pictures.
I am using MS IE and some pictures that the students are trying to open do not! They open one day and not the next? I have tried Refresh no luck.The frame is there and a little x apears but no picture
These are pictures that should have no trouble opening.
