Can only sees pc’s that share resources

Hi,

Have a Win98 workstation on an NT network. this workstation can only see others on the network if they share resources. If another workstation doesn’t share resources, this workstation can’t see it — either in Net Neigh. or through “find a computer”.

This workstation is pretty vanilla in terms of protocols (tcp/ip and netbui) clients, and adapters.

What am I missing? Suggestions appreciated.
