Can Outlook 2000 Pro receive faxes

Is there a way to set up Outlook to receive faxes? We are currently using a third party software to receive faxes and forward them to an e-mail receipient, but this is spotty at best. Another option would be a reliable piece of software that would receive faxes and forward them a little more reliably. Any help is appreciated.
