Can somebody help me with the code for when-button-pressed trigger?

I have to write a code for a when-button pressed trigger.
The scenario is as follows,

When the button is pressed it should pop up a window with the message “hello”.

say there are two buttons in block 1 and block 2 and when any one is pressed the message should get displayed. Please help.
