Can the outlook backup pst tool be customized?

Hello,

Is it possible to customize the outlook backup pst tool. We are planning to implment this tool enterprise wide as a temp solution for backing up pst files. What we would like to do is deploy this tool and prevent any user interaction and predefine the settings for them. Is this possible or is there an ini file in which these settings are stored?
