By raviagwl ·
I would like to do configure and install tata wireless data card modem in Win 7 (64 Bit / 32 Bit) / Win Vista (64 Bit / 32 Bit).

I got the driver from the web, i have already install but its not working. when i check the hardware properties, it shown that installed properly, but when i start the connection program provided by the software setup, it shown that there is no modem driver loaded.

Kindly help me.. thanx in advance

So, it is actually made by Sungil, or Epicom, or EpiValley or something, it seems, and is a CDMA USB Modem? Apparently with a Qualcomm chipset?

And are you using it with the service provider for which it is intended?

Wow, I actually found it.

Can't seem to download any of the manuals, but maybe you can.

O/S Support Windows 2000, Windows XP,Windows Vista (32 & 64 bit), Linux
Does not mention that Win 7 is supported, but it may accept the Vista driver.

There is this, however, which I also cannot download:

Did you install the dialer software?

"but when i start the connection program provided by the software setup,"

It sounds like that is the dialer. Try uninstalling and re-installing the connection program.

It's available free from M$ here

While the Vista Drivers may work from my experience with USB 3G Devices I have found that a lot of the time they do not work with 7 particularly when using a 64 Bit OS.
