can u tell me how we can connect this tv tuner card to a laptop?

i have s-video port and monitor port to both my laptop and tv tunner card how to connect my tv tunner card to my laptop using montor cable or s-video cable

  It’ll work on a desk top not a laptop. You need a separate tuner prferably with a USB 2
  connection but it’d be cheaper to buy a new laptop with Blue Tooth, Wi-Fi, and/or a tuner built in.

  The S-video and monitor ports on both the laptop and Tuner card are dedicated output ports. They have no bi-directional capability.

    I missed that while wondering how he was going to put a tuner card into a laptop. Had a seniors moment,I guess.
