Can use ICS, or NAT?

Win2K Server, 95/98/XP clients. DHCP not used. Need to share Internet Connection on server. Can I use ICS or NAT? If using NAT, should I use built in DNS, or retain original settings (currently Win2K server is DNS server). Also, should I use NAT’s DHCP service? How should I set up clients?
