Can Windows XP read Macintosh/Apple floppies with text files?

I have 3.5’s with data & things from my Mac/Apple days. 1983.

Can my Windows XP work with these?

  No not on it’s own.
  Mac diskettes are formatted differently.
  However, there is software out there that can make it possible.
