Can WinXP have multiple prtrs?

New to WinXP(Prof). User wants separate default printer (laserjet)for Outlook, and dotmatrix for other applications like Excel? User doesn’t like to make default reasignment everytime changing apps. I’ve looked through MS Knowledgebase and found no obvious reference. Sounds feasable, but is it possible?
