Can’t logon onto Windows Visa in any mode because of System Tools Virus…I believe this is the cause. I can get to the Log on screen, but there is no longer my admin account and the only account that exsists is “Other user”. I have no idea what to do. Perhaps there is a default account I can use to get into safe mode? Also the Log on screen is a lower resolution than usual.
