I am an older guy (58) with a BS and MA in Education. I have not worked in education since the early 80’s and the areas of business I specialize will be depressed for another 7 to 8 years at least. I am looking to change careers and move to IT. Should I focus on an entry level job and get certifications or should I get a fast track bachelor’s degree in technology? Also, can you recommend the degree type and certifications with your answer?
