I work in a small office that shares a large communal printer/photocopier which we all connect to wirelessly. As of this afternoon, all computers could print (Laptop with W7, desktop with XP, Macbook Pro). A colleague pulled me aside and told me he couldn’t print a Word Document. This was immediately after he printed an article off the website. We tried printing from my computer and another desktop and nothing prints. From my machine, I went: Devices and Printers and then right-clicked the machine and then selected “troubleshoot.” The only returned error is: “… printer cannot be contacted over the network.”
I’m not a network professional, but I get charged with fixing these things. All these machines printed from this machine just a few hours ago, and now none of us can’t. It must be an issue with the Canon Printer, right? Any suggestions or advice?
