Cannot delete a file/folder

I’m trying to delete a folder that contains a zip file (DATA2.CAB). But when I do try to delete, I get an error “Cannot delete Data2: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable”.

I’ve tried deleting in safe mode, but still the same. Also tried using unlocker and chkdsk cmds.

Any ideals to delete this?
