Cannot e-mail “OUT” from Network

We can recieve e-mail but cannot send any out. Bellsouth says it is not them. The computer that has the ADSL can send mail, but nobody else on the network can. It says “TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by your mail server.”
