After he did this she could not open word, excel, powerpoint but could open access and this error message appeared.” cannot find ole2nls.dll windows needs this file to run c:\msoffice\winword\winword.exe”. I did a file find and the file comes up in c:\windows\sysbckup is there a way I can replace this file and if so where would I restore it to
