I have two pcs on one network using small business server. Outlook was on both machines and getting all email. One machine was badly infected and I needed to rebuild it. After that, I configured outlook for the new machine, adding an exchange server mailbox and filling in the rest of the details. Once that was complete, it worked on the rebuilt pc but only shows new mail on the older machine. I was told to setup exchange so it keeps the mailbox on the server, but can’t find the option to do so in the mail manager. Please help. Much thanks in advance.
