I successfully installed the Palm Desktop software and am now trying to Hotsync my Outlook 97 with the Hand Spring Visor hand held peripheral. Error message is “Connection between hand held and computer could not be established. Check setup and try again”. Hand held connected to USB port and this option is selected in Hotsync options. Any suggestions?
