cannot install MSOffice2K on Win 2K

When I tryed to install MSOffice2000 on Win2000 and when (install)progress bar reaches the middle it tells me that needs Win2K instalation CD. I changed the CDs he tryes to copy and tells me that cannot replace files “error 1932” and deletes the instalation of MSOffice. what can be the problem? (sure – logged as admin)
