How many computers do you have connected?

A server is limited to a certain amount of connections, so have a count and see how many computers and printers you have connected to your server.

The easiest way to tell if you have too many connections (on the server) is to right click Computer --> Manage --> System Tools --> Shared Folders --> Sessions.

This will list anyone connected to the server.

You could try and reboot the server and see if that clears a few connections so that you can add on your extra computer.
You might be limited to how many licenses you have for your server either by seat or per server.
