i;ve a cleint pc runing win xp pro,is able to ping all servers successfully on the network but cannot map to any shared drive, files, folders or documents on these same servers.you cannot join pc to the domain as well.it dispalys the message “network location cannot be found”.you can browse thru theproxy server.could it be virus? virus check reveal nothing.anyone out there to help?
