gets to the ‘lauch audiocast’ page OK then I select real player and click launch presentation. A new page opens title “http://webcast.on24.com – Event Console (EVENT: 11873) – Microsoft Internet Explorer” text “Pre-loading is recommended, but not required. Skipping the pre-load, however, may result in slower response times. Skip Preloading”
hint “Duration x minutes” where x increases from 0.
The preloading never finishes (I am on broadband) and clicking the “skip preloading” link give ‘page cannot be found’.
I have real player installed and working, popups are allowed on this site and ‘test your system’gives 3 passed and medium bandwidth. The real player test video works fine.
How can I view this webcast please?
