Cannot logon after moving Partition

I have Win2K Server on a primary partition I moved the partition about 200MB back using Partition magic 7.After reboot I cannot logon. After I supply the user and password the dialog box first disappears then with the windows start up sound, insteadof my desktop the Ctrl+Alt+Del message box appears again asking me to logon.Again the same is repeated. Its the same with any user. Any work around + Explanation
