Cannot logon locally on a Nt server

“Unable to log on because the netlogon service is not running on this computer” message appear when I try to log on a NT standalone server after a reboot (because a service crashed). On this server is running a firewall and almost all of the services are not running (server …). May I do anything without reinstalling the server? The firewall program is running normally by now.
