Everytime I try to open an e-mail attachment through Outlook Web Access it would ask for a username and a password on some of our computers while it opens it up in others easily using ie 5. I’ve read about this problem in the MS KB site but I’ve already installed the fix. We have an MS Exchange Server 5.5 with SP5 installed and it still does not work.
