I have a client with a small P2P network. When the one user (who has Windows 2000 & Office 2000) is connected to the network he has no issues at all, but when he disconnects his laptop from the network he cannot open Word or Excel.
The message that comes up is Winword.exe(or Excel) has generated errors and will need to be restarted…
If you try to start the application again the same message appears.
Any ideas?
