I have a user running XP Pro, SP2, using Outlook. He cannot print e-mails from Outlook. There is no error message, and no print job is sent to the printer, it just will not print. Word documents print fine. This condition just occurred. It has been working fine in the past. The user has not changed anything, and I did a system restore with no results. Any ideas???
