I have a problem with my email service (External)....
I have Win 2003 Server and Exchange 2003. I also have a proxy as my firewall. I have direct SAT via STP singapore. Upon a recent Routing Issue, my Internet service was restored and External Email Service never restored. My Internal EMail is ok. I cannot sent and Receive Emails externally.
When I use MXToolBox and use Mail Diag, it displays error msg "Reverse DNS FAILED! This is a problem''.
Can anyone please help...

But in the meantime what changes did you make to restore the Internet Connection and why where they necessary?
Basically what happened that required you to change things?

Our External Router is with the SAT ISP. This had a problem a week ago which afftected Email and Internet. When the Internet was restored, the email never cam back.
I did no cnages to my internal settings and configs...
