Odd issue just started happening over the last couple of days. We have an SBS 2003 server setup with Exchange 2003. The issue i’m having is one of the users I admin is unable to recieve new emails from the outside world, she can get them internally. I’ve sent multiple messages from my personal email account to hers and I get connection timeouts. This is only happening for her email.
I’ve restarted the server, checked the configuration, re-ran the CECIW, and i’m currently blowing away her whole profile and re-adding it. I’ve disabled AV protection and firewalls, double checked that the MX record reachable from the outside world, i’ve tried telnet’ing to my mx ip on port 25 but there is a spamd program stopping me.
Like I said she has been able to recieve email fine for a while, and this issue just recently started happening.
Any information anyone has would be a great help.
