Dear All,
When I trying to enter the MAC address of VDP 3 Video door phone, during the registration process it say wrong MAC/IMEI. I am typing as it shows in the paper but still unable to do so. I am trying to connect to the device via Vest Home 5 application.
The reset of the device was made but again same problem persist.
Any advice?
