We have about 125 users we are upgrading from Windows 2000 to Windows XP. Everything has gone smoothly with the exception of reloading their favorites. We have imported/exported them, copied and pasted them and downloaded them from the backup server. They stay for three seconds then disappear. We are running Windows XP SP2 and users are admins on their boxes. Permissions are set to give them full control over the folder. Registry settings check out fine as well. Any other type of file can be added without issue. Also if you cut and paste from the Favorites folder and try to paste it back in, it will disappear. Anybody know whats going on?
